Refund policy
Car Radio Classic purchases are billed through Google Play. To cancel a subscription or request a refund, use Google Play with the Google account used for the purchase. Please submit these requests through Google Play, rather than by emailing us.
Cancel a subscription
- Open your Google Play subscriptions.
- Choose Car Radio Classic and select Manage, then Cancel subscription.
- Follow Google's confirmation steps.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You normally retain access until the end of the period already paid for. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Request a refund
- Open Google Play's refund request page and follow the instructions for your purchase.
- If needed, open Google Play order history, find the transaction and choose Report a problem.
- Select the appropriate reason, explain your request and submit it to Google.
Lifetime access and extra device slots
These are one-time purchases, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Use the same Google Play refund process to request a refund for either purchase.
