Delete your account and associated data
You can request deletion without reinstalling the app. Contact our published app support address, support@carradio.eu, from the Google email address you used to sign in to Car Radio Classic. Write “Car Radio Classic account deletion” in the subject and say that you want your app account and its associated data deleted.
Request account deletion by email
If the button does not open an email app, copy the address above into your email service. We verify ownership before processing a request and reply through the support conversation. Never send a password, payment-card number, Google verification code or purchase token.
What is deleted?
The request covers your Car Radio Classic profile (including your name and email address), account sessions, device associations, and associated preferences and usage records held by us. You may also request deletion of particular app data without deleting your account: use the same address and identify the data you want removed. If you never signed in, describe the device and the data so we can help identify the relevant records.
Some diagnostics and usage data are processed by Google/Firebase. Include any request concerning those records in your support message so we can identify and address the data that can be associated with your app use.
